Nettigo Technology aims to provide reliable services and fair billing practices. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website and explains when refunds may or may not be available.
Prepaid hosting plans (1-year and 2-year terms) are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated and credentials have been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you cancel within 7 days of initial purchase and no significant usage has occurred (as determined by server logs), you may request a partial refund minus payment gateway charges and any setup or domain costs already incurred. Contact us at info@nettigo.in with your order details.
Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, as these costs are passed through to domain registrars and cannot be reversed.
Fees for custom software development, SAP Business One consulting, and project-based work are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in a signed proposal or statement of work. Deposits paid to reserve project time may be adjusted against future work at our discretion if cancellation occurs before work begins.
Prepaid marketing retainers and campaign packages are non-refundable for the portion of work already delivered or ad spend already committed to third-party platforms.
If a payment was charged in error or a transaction failed but funds were debited, contact us within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded through the original payment method or as per Razorpay and banking timelines.
Email info@nettigo.in with your name, order or payment ID, service purchased, and reason for the request. We review requests within 5–7 business days and respond with approval, partial approval, or an explanation if a refund is not applicable under this policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
