By accessing Nettigo Technology's website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Nettigo Technology provides web hosting, domain registration, custom software development, digital marketing, SAP Business One consulting, and related IT services. Service features, pricing, and availability are described on our website and may change with notice where required.

When placing an order or requesting a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including a valid domain name where required for hosting orders.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials we issue to you.
• Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian and international laws.
• Not use our infrastructure for spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, or any activity that harms other users or networks.

Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout as applicable. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Hosting and related prepaid plans are billed for the term selected at purchase (1 year or 2 years). Failure to pay renewal invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

We aim to activate hosting and domain services promptly after successful payment verification. Custom software, SAP consulting, and marketing projects are delivered according to agreed scope and timelines. Delays caused by incomplete customer information, third-party registrars, or force majeure events are not grounds for automatic cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting plans are subject to fair usage policies regarding disk space, bandwidth, CPU, and email sending limits as described in plan details. Excessive resource usage may require a plan upgrade. We reserve the right to suspend services that violate acceptable use policies or pose a security risk.

Website content, branding, and materials provided by Nettigo remain our property unless otherwise stated. Custom software deliverables and project ownership will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nettigo Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service in the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct. You may cancel renewable services according to our Refund Policy. Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mehsana, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
